For us to provide you with the BASIX® and/or NatHERS Certificates, we require the following information:
- Set of drawings for the construction to be submitted to council (to scale)
- DP number of the property
- Lot & house number of the property
- North point on the plan
- Construction details – walls, floors, roof etc
- Window schedule
Most other information should be provided on the plan. The more information provided can help speed to the process.
BASIX Certificates require additional information such as appliance star ratings, landscape area, ventilation, lighting etc, but we are able to work through the information required at the start of the project.

Once the work is completed, an invoice will be provided along with the draft certificates. Once you check and approve the terms of the job and payment has been made, the final certificates can be released for your council submissions.
